Please join SNAP and NDA for the Jess Adams Basketball Tournament on Monday, January 21 at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham. Our friends at Wahlburgers will be on site with a food truck from 11:30am-1:30pm and the ceremony to honor Jess starts at 1pm.
